Sounds like a contradiction but I’m finding that it’s a pretty good work/life philosophy.    ( See – You can always work, etc…)

Some days I have nowhere to go and all day to get there.  I think Paul Simon once wrote : I have nothing to do today but smile.”

I worked a load out last week.  There was lots of yelling by the road crew and running around which was pretty counter productive.   It was not a matter of if you were going to get hurt, it was a matter of when and so I was pretty cautious all night.  The whole process was more like an evacuation than a load out.

I’m finally finding, after all these years, that I can work at a good, steady pace without stressing myself out and still manage to get the job done.
